Can I get a discount registration?

I have submitted a paper. How do I get a presenter discount?

Once the program committee has formally advised you that they have accepted your paper, you’ll receive a discount code to qualify for the presenter-rate for Qualcon registration.

Do I need to bring a printed ticket?

No. You will receive a confirmation email once you register, and a Name Badge will be waiting for you at arrival at Qualcon 2025.

I am already an AOQ member, but the system is not recognising me.

Please ensure you are using the same email address as listed on your AOQ profile. This is the email address where you receive copies of eNews and other correspondence from AOQ.

Do I have to pay at time of Registration?

You can pay at time of Registration, by entering Credit Card details on the registration page.

You can also select “Pay on Invoice”.  The invoice will be emailed to you, with the Payment Terms of 14 days from date of invoice.  You can forward this email to your organisation / Accounts department if they are paying for your registration.

Payment can also be made over the phone, by still selecting “Pay on Invoice” at time of registration, and phoning AOQ on 1800 725 850 with your credit card details.
